The DTLA Office Interior Project is a two-storey, 10,000-square-foot tenant improvement that reimagines the modern workplace as a space of refinement, creativity, and precision. Set in the vibrant core of Downtown Los Angeles, the design transforms a raw commercial shell into an elevated environment where architectural form and material craftsmanship converge. Every surface and volume was carefully articulated to balance openness with structure — resulting in a space that feels expansive yet deeply composed.

Using premium materials and sophisticated geometries, the design expresses a language of modern professionalism through custom detailing and tailored finishes. Each area, from executive offices to collaborative zones, was fully customized to support the client’s workflow while embodying a timeless aesthetic. Natural stone, warm woods, and sculpted partitions define the interiors, enhanced by a considered lighting plan that shapes both mood and movement. The outcome is a cohesive, fully bespoke workspace that reflects both ambition and artistry — a true statement of identity in the heart of the city.
