The design philosophy within the 82nd Street ADU centers on ""minimalist warmth."" Every square foot is optimized for efficiency without sacrificing style; the open-plan kitchen and living area utilize custom cabinetry and integrated storage to maintain a clutter-free environment. High-end finishes, such as polished concrete floors and minimalist black hardware, lend a refined, urban feel to the space.
